Our 28' x 14' Pool is South Facing where
you can enjoy day long sunshine and stunning views of Sunset Lake.
Completely screen enclosed, you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes
while fully protected from any insects. Just imagine the endless
hours of fun by the crystal clear water, relaxing and listening
to the gentle sound of the feature fountain. A big plus is the amount
of space around the pool and the generous supply of luxurious pool
furniture to accommodate even the largest groups.
Because you are so close to Disney, you really can escape the Theme
Parks for some lunch and a refreshing mid afternoon swim in your
own pool. Then you can quickly return to the parks for more fun
and adventure.
Our home has the added benefit of an extra wide back garden. Neighbors
are well screened with lush tropical hedges providing all the privacy
you would need. We have a pool heater for those cooler months
and we have provided a pool cover to help maintain the heat. |

| There is not just one but two covered lanais, each with a ceiling fan. If you prefer to stay out of the direct sunlight, these lanais provide an outside oasis where you can enjoy poolside conversation both daytime and night. With plenty of outdoor tables and chairs, the larger of the two lanais is the perfect place for Alfresco Dining. An Outdoor Kitchen/Wet Bar includes a Built-in Lanai Electric Grill with two cooking areas and Sink. A wall mounted Cable TV is also provided for viewing your favorite shows or sports.
The second lanai includes a pool side bar where you can enjoy a
refreshing drink or hold your own happy hour. |

| For your further enjoyment we have
added a games room where you can relax 'Playing Pool' on a full
size 8' x 4' slate table or try your skills at 'Table Soccer' (Foose
Ball) or 'Air Hockey'. There is a cable TV with Playstation 2, so
bring your favorite games. For those who wish to relax and watch
the action, we have also added for your comfort a Bar Table and
Card Table with Chairs.
Also for those very hot days we have put in an AIR CONDITIONING
UNIT to keep you cool and comfortable. We emphasize our Air Conditioned
Games Room because many villas feature games rooms that are too
hot to use during the spring, summer and fall months.
