Our spacious Family Room, with Entertainment Center,
is the place to get together to watch Cable TV, or maybe a DVD either
rented or one from our small selection of films. Perhaps you just
want to listen to some background music or talk about what a great
day you have had in sunny Florida. Well, this is the ideal place for
the whole family.
Recently, we have upgraded the TV to a Large Screen HD LCD
with true HD cable service. Also, we have added a computer workstation
which includes HIGH SPEED CABLE WIRELESS INTERNET.
After a long day at the Theme Parks, picture yourself relaxing
on the luxurious blue leather furniture which includes a total of
3 recliners and sits 7 guests comfortably. The tiled floor and ceiling
fan help to keep the room cool and comfortable. Without doubt this
is the ideal room to enjoy your social gatherings. |

The half bath and access to the Game Room and Laundry Room is located
just behind the Entertainment Center. |

For those in your family or group who want to curl up
with a good book, enjoy conversation or find some private space, our
formal Front Lounge may be the spot for you. Bright and very spacious,
this room is beautifully furnished with new quality leather furniture.
There is a 3 seater sofa with a pull-out queen size bed, a 2 seater
sofa and a recliner chair. Together they combine to make this room
a joy to relax in and a wonderful space for those quieter moments.
Having two lounges provides an extra benefit to large families
or groups enjoying Sunset Retreat. |

At the opposite end of the Front Lounge is our Formal
Dining Room with bright Florida colors. There is easy access from
our fully equipped Kitchen and this relaxing setting invites everyone
to sit down and enjoy a special meal together.
Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the large Covered Lanai
and Pool area where you can enjoy an evening drink overlooking Sunset
Lake and then come inside for evening dining. |

| Our Formal Dining Room has seating for
6 but the table can be extended for larger groups. In the Kitchen
you will find all the matching tableware you need for formal dining.

| Our Kitchen comes complete with dishwasher,
microwave, self clean electric stove/oven (cooker), sink with waste
disposal system, large fridge/freezer, kettle, teapot, coffee-maker,
toaster and blender. All pots and pans and utensils are within easy
reach for cooking. In the cupboard you will find an abundance of tableware
for formal and casual meals. We also have a generous supply of plastic
crockery and glasses for poolside dining. The kitchen is large, bright,
cheerful, fully tiled and is complemented by a Breakfast Bar for Family
Room serving. |

| Located between the Kitchen and Family Room is our Breakfast Nook. This sunny area has exceptional views of the Pool and Lake. The Nook is completely surrounded by sliding patio doors (all alarmed for child safety) that lead to the Pool area. It's a delightful place to sit and relax with your morning coffee. Completing the ground floor is the separate laundry room which is equipped with a large washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and deep sink. The strollers and high chairs can be found in the Games Room on this floor. |
